Historical Overview

1980

The company was founded by Ioannis Michailidis under the name “ASTERAS,” initially operating in the field of building and leisure boat cleaning.

1985

Property management services were added to the company’s portfolio.

1990

The cleaning division was sold. Property management became the primary area of activity.

2000

The company name changed to: “ASTERAS – Building Management & Technical Support.”

2010

The company was transferred to Georgios Michailidis and relocated to new company-owned premises.

2016

ISO 9001:2015 certification was obtained for the quality of services provided.

2017

The mediation and Real Estate brokerage services division began operations.

2025

Renamed to “PREMO – Integrated Property Management,” marking the transition to a new era with an emphasis on modernization, technological innovation, and the provision of integrated real estate management solutions.
