PREMO E.E., operating under the trade name PREMO IPM, headquartered in Athens at Plateia Agiou Louka 3, PC 11144, tel. 210 22 31 355, www.premo.gr / realestate.premo.gr, email: info@premo.gr (“the Company”), hereby informs you that you may submit a job application through the Company’s website, along with supporting documents and CVs.

By voluntarily submitting your personal data and information — including your contact details and CV contents — you consent to their storage, use, processing, and transfer by the Company for the purposes described below.

What Data Not to Submit

When submitting your application and related documents, please do not share data belonging to special categories of personal data (such as criminal convictions, health data, political beliefs, etc.) as defined by GDPR 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019. If you do include such data, it will be considered that you have provided explicit consent for its processing.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to: evaluate your application initially, review it, assess the possibility of hiring you, and potentially re-evaluate it at a later date for staffing purposes — all within the data retention period defined below.

Before your hiring, should the Company need to disclose information to a third party, it will notify you in advance, unless disclosure is required by law, a competent authority, or a court order. An exception applies to the verification of references you explicitly mention in your application, to which you hereby expressly consent. No other transfer of your personal data takes place.

Security

The Company takes all necessary measures to maintain the security of your personal data both during transmission and processing. Access to the applicant database is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

Personal data of applicants who are not hired is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, for the purpose of potential re-evaluation for the same or a similar position. After this period, the data is permanently destroyed/deleted.

At any time, you may exercise the rights provided under the GDPR, including: information & access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing.

To exercise your rights, contact the Company:
