FAQs

Yes. We handle the collection of older debts from and to previous managements, always in accordance with the law.

No. We maintain and honor existing partnerships, unless serious reasons arise (e.g. lack of legal documentation or service quality complaints).

 No. We only work with contractors and professionals who issue legal invoices.

 Primarily the wider Attica region, with emphasis on areas where we can provide immediate technical support. Through digitization, we can also manage remote properties. We also offer services in the rest of Greece, on a case-by-case basis.

In such cases, a property owner is typically elected by the General Assembly as the formal manager, and they delegate the actual management duties to us as “management assistants.”

The General Assembly designates an owner or committee to represent the co-ownership and sign the contract with PREMO.

The manager acts as the agent and executive body of the co-ownership. Decisions are made at General Assemblies and we implement them as long as they do not conflict with state laws or the property’s regulations.

 PREMO offers three main levels of property management services — from supporting an existing manager to full apartment building management and specialized management of commercial properties. Tailor-made solutions can also be designed.
