    Yes. We handle the collection of older debts from and to previous managements, always in accordance with the law and the procedures provided for safeguarding the interests of property owners.

    No. We maintain existing partnerships, unless serious reasons for termination arise (e.g. lack of legal documentation or service quality complaints). If a change is needed, we suggest reliable businesses from our network or seek multiple quotes so that the best solution can be chosen.

     No. We only work with contractors and professionals who issue legal invoices for their services, in accordance with the law. We recommend the same to all property owners, for reasons of safety and legality, whether or not they proceed to work with us.

    Our services primarily cover the wider Attica region, with emphasis on areas where we can provide immediate technical support and on-site inspections when needed. At the same time, thanks to the digitization of our services (online platform, cloud services, etc.), we can manage remote properties, offering high quality services regardless of distance. Each project is evaluated with a focus on the effective and quality service of our clients. We also offer services in the rest of Greece, under conditions examined on a case-by-case basis.

     In these — not so rare — cases, an owner is typically elected by the General Assembly as the formal manager, who then delegates to us the execution of the necessary actions for the smooth operation of the property as “management assistants.”

    The General Assembly designates an owner or a committee as the property’s representative, who undertakes to hand over management to us and sign the relevant contract.

    The manager acts as the agent and executive body of the co-ownership. Decisions for a property are made at General Assemblies and we implement them as long as they do not conflict with state laws or the property’s regulations.
